The president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso , has announced a subsidy plan for banks so that they can keep staff who are going to retire early or retire as those in charge of caring for older people in person to facilitate their banking procedures.

Along the same lines, Díaz Ayuso will also include in its program the reinforcement of the permanent Single Window of the Community of Madrid, a telephone and in-person customer service, at various points in the region, that handles the different procedures with the Administration.
